- Direct gathering methodologies, plans, and assembling ranges
- Direct voice, including calling methodologies and phone number stock and errand
- Manage all association wide settings, including alliance, bunches upgrade, and gathering's client settings
- Screen and explore inhabitant's call quality and reliability
- Portray call quality KPI, make custom dashboards, Create call quality reports
