Responsibilities

• present and structure PC gear working systems and applications 
• screen and keep up PC structures and frameworks 
• talk staff or clients through a movement of exercises, either eye to eye or by means of phone, to help set up structures or resolve issues

• displace parts as required

• support the turn out of new applications 
• set up new customers' records and profiles and oversee mystery express issues
